The sealant we recommend for all Peacock Pavers is Enhance Architectural Products (EAP) concrete sealer, which is available in both regular and heavy-duty strengths. In our experience, EAP products do the best job of providing a robust, clear protective layer without affecting the pavers’ overall appearance.

We highly recommend applying a high-quality sealant to protect your Peacock Pavers from discoloration and other signs of wear caused by weathering conditions and general traffic. A sealant will also protect against stains caused by spills. You should seal Peacock Pavers upon installation for best results and re-apply approximately every five years.

Once installed, Peacock Pavers are easy to clean and maintain. For day-to-day cleaning, pavers can be swept of dirt and debris using a push broom, and outdoor pavers can be cleaned using a water hose. We recommend using a mild, non-acidic cleaning solution for periodic deeper cleaning of indoor pavers, such as Enviro Klean All Surface Cleaner or Light Duty Concrete Cleaner. In terms of short-term installation costs, poured concrete is the more affordable option; however, concrete pavers are more durable and versatile than poured concrete.
